As a Senior IT Service Manager in the Digital Workplace area, you will take responsibility for the continuous development and stable operation of our internal services based on Microsoft 365 and in-house solutions – always in line with our IT strategy and the needs of our business units. You will operate within a matrix organization and lead a team of subject matter experts on a functional level, without disciplinary responsibility.

• You take ownership of all Collaboration Services as part of our internal Digital Workplace Service Portfolio and drive both its strategic and operational development.
• You act as the primary point of contact for business units, architecture, and security teams.
• You define and implement governance models, SLAs, and KPIs, and ensure their adherence in collaboration with compliance and security stakeholders.
• You identify optimization opportunities and enhance the maturity and efficiency of our services through targeted process improvements.
• You act as a coach and thought leader within the team and promote a sustainable service culture through active knowledge sharing.
