• Conduct inventory of customers` existing IT security solutions and workflows.
• Independently manage and implement customer projects related to IT security solution introduction, optimization, and migration.
• Approach work with a structured, careful, and results-oriented mindset, particularly in problem analysis and troubleshooting.
• Provide support to our sales team through pre-sales appointments.

• Skilled in conducting IST analyses, pinpointing bottlenecks, and formulating TARGET concepts.
