Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a Software QA professional to oversee the design and execution of manual and automated tests across software development projects. You will drive functional, regression, performance, and security testing while identifying defects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality from early stages.

The role requires strong QA experience, knowledge of Agile methods, and the ability to mentor junior staff, contributing to ongoing QA process improvements

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA).
• Experience designing, executing, and managing manual and automated tests.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
• Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking defects.
• Experience preparing test plans, test cases, and test result reports.
• Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools.
• Analytical skills to identify risks, failures, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Technical English preferred. Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of Shift Left Testing practices preferred.
• Experience with test automation preferred.
• Experience mentoring and developing QA professionals preferred.
• Experience working on software development projects in Agile environments preferred.
• Certifications related to Software Quality, Testing, or Agile Processes preferred.

Aufgaben
