ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead and oversee a strategic project with a major oil and gas company. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with both Energy Robotics' objectives and our strategic client’s operational requirements.

YOUR TASKS

1. Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end management of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between Energy Robotics and the client, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.
3. Resource Coordination: Allocate and manage internal and external resources to ensure project success.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to both company and client specifications.
6. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects in the oil & gas sector.
3. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
4. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, software development life cycles, and system integration.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
6. Cultural Competence: Experience working in international and multicultural environments, particularly in the Middle East.
7. Travel Availability: Willingness to travel to the Middle East as required for project needs.
