**About the Job**

The Senior IT Consultant FI/CO is responsible for gathering, structuring, and translating business requests for SAP FI/CO modules, acting as a functional owner to ensure the quality and completeness of change content. You will coordinate and steer these efforts, shaping the roadmap, driving requirements engineering, and ensuring alignment between business needs and organizational strategy.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  1. Gather and clarify business requirements for SAP FI/CO - Core Finance - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Tax, Controlling, and Treasury.
  2. Provide expertise in SAP FI/CO with a focus on US, Brazil, and European localization.
  3. Configure SAP US/Brazil-specific packaging and reporting to meet legal and fiscal requirements.
  4. Conduct requirements engineering to analyze business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
  5. Act as a bridge between the business and the AMS team to ensure support efficiency.
  6. Coordinate and steer the roadmap to align with business needs and strategy.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless SAP integration with business objectives.

**Qualifications:**

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SAP FI/CO consulting, especially in US, Brazil, and Europe localization.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and experience interfacing external tax engines with S/4HANA.
  • Experience coordinating AMS teams and managing third-party providers.
  • Engineering skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
