YOUR ROLE

• Shape digital transformation: advise insurance brokers on optimizing their processes and IT landscapes.
• Develop core processes: design and modernize digital business processes across various digitalization topics (e.g., sales processes, AI, BiPRO, broker portals, MVP, comparison tools, etc.).
• Design solutions: develop IT solutions such as broker systems, portals, or systems for policies, claims, and commissions.
• Facilitate workshops: prepare, conduct, and moderate dialogues with clients.
• Manage projects: plan, implement, and steer complex IT projects for brokers.
• Select technologies: review technical options and choose suitable tools and frameworks.

YOUR PROFILE

• Education: a completed degree in (business) informatics, economics, or a similar field.
• Consulting experience: several years in IT consulting and software design focusing on broker solutions.
• Technical expertise: familiarity with tools like UML, Scrum, RUP, and CASE tools.
• Presence: convince with openness, empathy, and joy in dialogue with diverse target groups.
• Commitment: think conceptually, make clear decisions, and find suitable solutions.
• Language skills: excellent German and good English skills for confident communication.
