We are looking for an IT Asset & Sourcing Manager (f / m / d) in the Digital Finance & Governance – IT Asset & Sourcing team.
As IT Asset & Sourcing Manager you will manage and optimize the company's IT assets, hardware, and software by providing effective asset management strategies and sourcing solutions. This encompasses all processes during the asset lifecycle: demand assessment, acquisition, assignment, inventory, and decommissioning. License compliance and financial efficiency are inseparable parts of the job.
Within the IT Asset & Sourcing team you will report to the Manager IT Asset & Sourcing.
Asset Management: Inventory Control, Lifecycle Management, Risk Mitigation, and strong Reporting of our core assets.
Sourcing and Procurement: Contribute to Vendor Selection and Contract Negotiation. Build a strong Supplier Relationship Management with our key strategic partners. Build up Performance Metrics to monitor our partner performance.
Cost Optimization: Support the Budgeting phase and identify Cost Reduction Opportunities. Set up effective License Optimization processes and ensure Compliance.
Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with IT, finance, and procurement teams.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate asset-related information effectively towards other functions and country organizations.
IT Knowledge and Expertise: Understand a wide range of IT systems, software, and hardware. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and digital systems.
Analytical Skills: Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Multitasking: Juggle various responsibilities, including asset tracking, audits, and contract management.
Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders. Explain asset management strategies and policies.
Negotiation Skills: Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
