We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior IS&T Governance Partner (Information Security and Technology) to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing information security risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and monitoring the continuous development of our security and compliance operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, experience in contributing to and supporting teams in the preparation for audits, and excellent stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable tasks and monitor their progress to achieve given timelines.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

• Develop and provide technical and security expertise for the development of Parloa's information security risk management and related compliance operations.
• Proficiency in audit frameworks and standards (ISO27001, SOC II, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, BSI C5, TISAX).
• Strong experience in information security risk management and technical compliance.
• Knowledge of GDPR, with additional understanding of EU AI Act and DORA considered a plus.
• Certifications in the fields of information security and audit, such as CISA, CISSP, are advantageous.
• Stakeholder Management and collaboration with Product development teams.
• Implement industry best practices in policies and processes.
• Project management skills — including contract reviews, translating obligations into action items, assigning tasks to stakeholders, monitoring execution, and documentation.
• Monitor system health by collecting data on incidents, risks, vulnerabilities, threats, system performance, outages, and corrective action plans.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :

• 5+ years of experience in Governance and Information Security.
• Proficiency in German (C1 level) for handling legal texts, communication with authorities, and reviewing German contracts.
• Strong communication skills and excellent collaboration abilities with other departments.
• Highly organized and supportive, with skills to automate governance requirements and contribute to monthly reports through stakeholder data collection.
