We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior IS&T Governance Partner (Information Security and Technology) to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing information security risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and monitoring the continuous development of our security and compliance operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, experience in supporting audit preparations, and excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable tasks and monitor their progress to meet deadlines.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

• Develop and provide technical and security expertise for Parloa's information security risk management and compliance operations.
• Ensure compliance with audit frameworks and standards (ISO27001, SOC II, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, BSI C5, TISAX).
• Manage information security risks and technical compliance effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of GDPR; familiarity with EU AI Act and DORA is a plus.
• Hold relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, which are advantageous.
• Collaborate with Product development teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Implement industry best practices in policies and processes.
• Lead projects, including contract reviews, translating obligations into actionable items, assigning tasks, and monitoring execution.
• Monitor system health by collecting data on incidents, risks, vulnerabilities, threats, system performance, outages, and corrective actions.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :

• At least 5 years of experience in Governance and Information Security.
• Proficiency in German (C1 level) for legal texts, authority communication, and contract review.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Highly organized, supportive, and capable of automating governance requirements and data collection for reports.
