This is a high-impact role offering full exposure to the investment lifecycle — from sourcing through execution and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models for real estate acquisitions, developments, and repositioning opportunities
• Conduct detailed market research, due diligence, and benchmarking to support investment theses
• Assist in transaction execution, including coordination with legal, tax, and technical advisors
• Prepare investment committee presentations and internal memos
• Support asset management efforts, including business plan tracking, lease analysis, and exit planning
• Monitor real estate market trends and help identify new sourcing opportunities

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, audit, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; proficiency with Excel required, Argus or equivalent a plus
