As Senior Insurance Specialist Liability & Financial Lines, you will be an integral part of our corporate insurance team, which is a diverse and global organization embedded in the Treasury function. Your responsibilities include:

1. Identification, assessment, and evaluation of insurable risks
2. Design and development of insurance lines under your responsibility
3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, in-house brokers, and external brokers
4. Managing broker relationships, monitoring, and driving broker performance
5. Preparing and leading negotiations with insurance markets
6. Supporting the Head of Insurance in projects related to corporate insurance lines and risk management

Qualifications include:

• A degree in Economics, Law, or similar, or completed insurance-specific training and certification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate insurance management, focusing on liability or financial lines
• Intercultural competencies and experience in an international environment
• Entrepreneurial thinking, problem-solving skills
• Independent working style, strong communication skills, and reliability
• Fluency in German and English, additional languages like Swedish or Portuguese are a plus
