(Senior) Inside Sales Manager (all genders), Düsseldorf

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Manager to be the key contact for new customer acquisition and contact management across the entire adesso Group. In this role, you will engage with decision-makers from various industries and promote the full spectrum of digitalization and IT solutions offered by adesso Group, including strategy consulting, IT consulting, software development, application management, and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Researching and engaging with decision-makers across different sectors.
  2. Proactively contacting decision-makers via phone, email, and social media to understand their needs and requirements.
  3. Utilizing your knowledge of the adesso portfolio to generate interest and identify collaboration opportunities.
  4. Maintaining long-term and sustainable communication with target clients.
  5. Preparing identified sales opportunities and customer insights for account management to lay the groundwork for successful new customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or several years of experience in telephone customer contact management.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and direct outreach to companies.
  • Familiarity with handling demanding corporate clients and enthusiasm for engaging and acquiring customers.
  • Focused and sustainable pursuit of sales opportunities.
  • Confident in handling objections and using benefit-oriented arguments.
  • Proficient with digital media.
  • Strong communication skills, goal-oriented, and closing focus.
