To strengthen their office in Germany, they are looking for an Senior Information Technology Recruiter who is curious, structured, and passionate about people, leadership, and innovation.

What this role is about :

Insightful Research & Writing – You will :

  • Map industries, companies, and talent landscapes to bring strategic insights to the table
  • Help define clear search strategies and contribute to compelling position descriptions
  • Support the preparation of client documents for both business development and candidate presentations

Communication that builds trust – You will :

  • Contact senior executives to explore their interest in leadership opportunities
  • Assist in in-depth candidate interviews and assessments
  • Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the entire search process
