Senior Digital Business Partner – Commercial (Germany Focus) | Europe (Remote / Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Business Partner to join the Business Information Solutions (BIS) team, supporting commercial and medical affairs functions— with a dedicated focus on Germany , one of the most strategic markets.

What You’ll Do :

• Act as the primary digital liaison for commercial stakeholders in Germany, reporting to the Head of BIS Commercial Europe.
• Drive digital transformation aligned with the organization’s long-term vision , identifying opportunities to enhance business processes and deliver actionable insights.
• Leverage existing platforms (e.g., CRM, digital HCP portals) and collaborate with internal AI teams to bring new, data-driven initiatives to life.
• Use AI and data analytics to improve HCP engagement and optimize digital experiences.
• Partner closely with commercial and medical affairs teams to ensure digital tools are impactful, accessible, and aligned with business goals.

What We’re Looking For :

• A strong IT background —likely in roles such as Business Partner, Business Analyst, or similar.
• 7–10+ years of experience supporting commercial / medical affairs teams in the German pharma market .
• Proven success leveraging AI and digital tools to drive commercial outcomes (not a data scientist, but a strategic implementer).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
