Senior Information Security Subject Matter Expert (OT)

Join our dynamic InfoSec Advisory Services team at ZEISS and play a key role in enhancing the security posture of our production areas. As a Senior Information Security Subject Matter Expert (OT), you'll contribute to shaping and implementing the OT Security strategy, working alongside a motivated team dedicated to information security.

You will:

1. Develop and improve ZEISS OT Security strategy and policies.
2. Conduct risk assessments, identify threats, and devise mitigation strategies.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align security strategies with business goals.
4. Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of security systems and procedures.
5. Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and techniques; furthermore, advise and consult ZEISS businesses and stakeholders on OT Security end-to-end.
6. Shape security awareness training programs for employees.
7. Support security incident investigations and root cause analysis.
8. Coordinate with different functions across the enterprise on OT Security matters.
9. Manage and support projects related to OT Security.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Information Security or equivalent education and experience.
2. 3-5 years of professional experience in IT, OT, or Information Security.
3. Knowledge of OT Security industry guidelines, such as IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82r (2/3).
4. Expertise in emerging technologies and a structured, independent work approach.
5. Stakeholder management skills with a hands-on and goal-oriented mindset.
6. Fluent in English and German; additional languages (French, Spanish) are advantageous.
