Tasks

• Influencer Seeding & Relations
  - Build & maintain long-term relationships with relevant micro- and macro-influencers
  - Manage organic seeding campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Paid Influencer Campaigns & CPO Models
  - Design & execute performance- and brand-oriented collaborations
  - Negotiate budgets, CPO deals, and contractual terms
  - Analyze and optimize campaigns based on KPIs
• Brand Partnerships (medium to large)
  - Identify & develop strategic brand collaborations
  - Coordinate all stakeholders internally & externally
  - Manage projects from conception to implementation, including budget responsibility

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships
• Understanding of brand strategy and development through influencer collaborations
• Strong analytical skills & performance focus (CPO, ROI, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Independent, structured working style with drive and ownership
