The 1000heads Relationships team is a proud, powerful collective of influencer and advocate specialists. You will work closely with a host of departmental specialists, from Accounts and Insights to Design and Strategy, to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients.

You will manage influencer relationships for various brands and help the agency deliver world-class influencer and advocate campaigns. This includes strategy, influencer identification, outreach, relationship management, activations, and insights.

Role
  1. Creative / Strategy Responsibilities
  • Respond to project briefs; collaborate with the team to develop ideas; present and sell these ideas to clients.
  • Develop innovative and creative solutions for client campaigns.
  • Seek to innovate in the activation of advocates and influencers.
  1. Influencer Identification, Outreach, and Management Responsibilities
  • Lead identification briefs to clarify target audiences.
  • Ensure adherence to identification processes (briefing and approval).
  • Maintain high standards of all campaign engagement, including ethical considerations.
  • Foster genuine relationships with influencers to promote trust and communication.
  • Stay informed about new creators for potential collaborations.
  1. Activation Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery within budget.
  1. Client Relationship Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; understand and meet their requirements and expectations.
  • Present to clients and attend meetings, events, and partner engagements.
  1. Client & Industry Awareness Responsibilities
  • Understand endorsement/disclosure legalities and evolving influencer landscape regulations.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of leading influencer tools and technology.
  1. Line Management Responsibilities
  • Assist the Relationships Director in managing team performance.
  • Support team development and uphold standards.
  1. Commercial Management Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments.
  • Manage timesheets and expense claims.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years experience with influencers from identification to activation
  • Proven influencer strategy experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in social platforms and influencer management tools like Traackr
  • Line management experience
  • Results-driven with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure professionally
  • Diplomatic, discreet, mature interaction skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Passionate, energetic, confident
  • Team-player, flexible, challenging
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Business-level fluency in German and English
