Description
Have you led IT transformation efforts and now want to use that experience to empower customers in adopting new technology and meeting sustainability goals?

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding enterprise customers — from global mid-sized firms to DAX-listed corporations — through the successful onboarding and early adoption of our ESG software solutions. Acting as a trusted partner, you will tailor enablement strategies to the customer’s specific processes and use cases, helping them build the internal capabilities needed for an independent use of our solution.


Your background in IT transformation project environments enables you to manage complexity, align diverse business and technical stakeholders, and bring structure to onboarding journeys — without taking over ownership of their internal projects.


Beyond direct customer onboarding, you will contribute to the continuous development of a scalable, enterprise-ready onboarding framework and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding and initial implementation of our ESG software solutions for enterprise customers, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term value creation.
  • Act as an IT transformation lead, aligning software usage with each customer’s business processes and regulatory context.
  • Analyze customers’ operational and organizational setup to tailor configurations and enable them to use the software independently.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives in the context of regulatory-driven process changes (e.g., triggered by EUDR).
  • Build communication bridges between technical and business stakeholders - both internally and externally.
  • Act as a mentor to junior consultants, sharing onboarding best practices and supporting them in complex customer scenarios.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of our onboarding framework, leveraging insights from customer journeys and onboarding data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Tech teams to optimize the end-to-end customer experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 5–7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing IT transformation or enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Proven ability to manage complex (onboarding) scenarios involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in change management with the ability to understand and drive process changes triggered by regulatory requirements.
  • Communication skills with the ability to act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and drive implementation forward.
  • Solid understanding of business fundamentals (e.g., supply chain, procurement, compliance) to quickly grasp customer operations and translate them into software use cases.
  • Ability to channel customer feedback into product development and internal process improvements.
  • Interest in ESG and regulatory innovation; prior exposure to topics like EUDR, CSRD, or CBAM is a plus, but not required.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level); additional languages (e.g., German, French, Dutch, Italian) are a strong plus.
