Sowelo Consulting sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to lead post-sale ERP integrations, data mapping, and client-facing technical implementations.

You will analyze client needs, configure systems, and coordinate with third parties to drive successful outcomes from Germany-based remote locations. In this role you will manage multiple projects, apply data rules, escalate issues, and contribute to standardized solutions while staying current with supply chain

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with several years of related experience or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with EDI & supply chain
• Fluent German and English
• ERP knowledge, good communicator, problem solver
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects concurrently
• The ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to produce the intended result
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities
• Strong relationship-building skills, including over the phone
• Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities

Aufgaben

• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products
• Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration to complete implementation projects
• Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs and to understand their business objectives and goals
• Track the progress of implementation projects, ensuring deadlines are met and scheduling issues are resolved
• Keep customers and other stakeholders informed of project progress
• Apply, testing, and reconfiguring data rules to produce the required results
• Work under moderate supervision, with some latitude for independent judgment
• Facilitate problem research, isolation, diagnosis, resolution, and follow-up for customer change events
• Contribute to developing standardized solutions for customers
• Escalate events appropriately when they fall outside your scope
• Own support instances that require partner involvement, acting as the escalation point between the client and partner network
• Work directly with third parties, consultants, VARs, and adapter or application providers
• Take on complex work of high importance to the organization
• Maintain deep industry-specific business knowledge, staying current with emerging products and technical updates

We are searching for an l Implementation Consultant to join our client's team and lead post-sale technical implementations, system configurations, and data mapping for complex supply chain solutions. Operating remotely in Germany, you will serve as a key technical liaison, analyzing client operational needs, executing ERP integrations, and resolving ongoing customer change events.

Key responsibilities:

• Performing post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products
• Executing installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration to complete implementation projects
