Immigration, Employment-Based ( EB-1 & EB-2/NIW) Law Firm seeks a full-time attorney with proven NIW and EB1 expertise.

Conduct client consultations and manage application documentation

Collaborate with team members and ensure accuracy in case management system

This is a Remote position, and you can set your own hours. We are extremely client-oriented and have a high volume caseload.

Summary

Handle EB-1 and EB-2 Cases from Intake, through the Petition Letter writing, and Submittal to USCIS.

Responsibilities

• Research related to the client's EB-2/NIW and EB-1 case.
• Draft Petition Letter for EB-2/NIW and EB-1
• Collaborate with the client in implementing changes and revisions
• Prepare and package case for Submittal.
• Maintain professional contact with the client and respond to legal questions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,486.00 per year
