Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der IAM-Implementierung.
• Abgeschlossen mindestens 5 IAM Projekte.
• Erfahrung in der IT-Umgebung des öffentlichen Sektors ist sehr wünschenswert.

Aufgaben

• Analyse bestehender IAM-Umgebungen zur Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten.

Position: Senior IAM Consultant

Type: Full-time/Remote

Optional Position Minimum 3 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs)
Minimum Experience: 5 years in IAM implementation, 5 completed IAM projects

Job Summary:
The Senior IAM Consultant serves as a subject matter expert in the design, configuration, and deployment of IAM solutions. This role supports clients in developing secure, scalable, and compliant identity governance frameworks tailored to complex organizational structures. The consultant provides strategic input during planning, guides technical implementations, and oversees testing and optimization processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing IAM environments and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

• Design IAM workflows, policies, and role-based access control schemes.

• Lead technical implementation of IAM components (e.g., IdP, Workflow Engines, Rule Engines).

• Provide expertise in integrating IAM systems with directory services (AD, LDAP), HR systems, and custom applications.

• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and IT security regulations.

• Assist clients with change management, stakeholder alignment, and staff training.

• Mentor junior consultants and act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in IAM technologies (e.g., One Identity, SailPoint, ForgeRock, or equivalent).

• Strong scripting and API integration capabilities.

• Familiarity with authentication standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

• Experience in public sector IT environments is highly desirable.
