Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• 3+ years of Payroll and Benefits experience.
• Experience developing and implementing complex HR programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate at all organization levels, including C-Suite.
• Ability to balance strategic counsel with tactical HR execution.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making aligned with business goals.
• Broad knowledge of benefits compliance across multiple plan types.

What You'll Do

TheSeniorHuman Resources Principal provides human resources consulting and client service to support HRretainerand project-based engagements. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting businesses as they expand their HR functions to optimize team and organization-widegrowth and development. TheSenior Human ResourcesPrincipal creates and executes individualized initiatives that drive efficiency and standardization of HR processes for Blackwell clients. The role requires a highly detailed, motivated, process-driven,and proactive person who encompasses a wide range of human resources capabilities and advisory experience.

• Partner with organizational leadership to align human resources strategy with business objectivesand provide support in the integration of operational components.Serve as a trusted HR advisor to clients, aligning HR, Payroll and Benefits strategies with business goals.


• Lead the design, development, and execution of HR, Payroll and Benefits programs, policies, and best practices for Blackwell clients.


• Create and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.


• Maintain subject matterexpertise to guide or execute across various areas of HR including, but not limited to, organizational development, mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, employment law and compliance, total rewards and compensation, leave management, and HR technologies.


• Prioritizes conflicting needs and utilizes strong project and time management skills to keep track of short- and long-term responsibilities, communication and service delivery.


• May provide and/orlead end-to-end payroll support to Blackwell HR’s Managed Payroll services clients.


• Leverage expertisein employee benefits by advising clients on benefits strategy, compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA), plan evaluation, and plan design across health, welfare, and retirement programs.


• Lead complex HR initiatives working both independently and collaboratively across the Blackwell HR team to deliver exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field


• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experiencerequired.3+ years ofPayrollandBenefitsexperiencerequired.


• Prior experience developing and implementing complex HR programs.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional presentation skills


• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, including C-Suite and VPlevels, with confidence and poise.


• Ability to successfully balance providingstrategic counsel and guidance with administering the tactical components of the HR function.


• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.


• Strong business acumen and ability to make sound decisions grounded in business needs and goals.


• Strong knowledge ofbenefitscompliance and administration across various plan types and carriers.


• Experience managing or processing multi-state payrolls across multiple HRIS platforms (i.e.ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, Workday, Gusto, Rippling, etc.) is a plus.


• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite products


• Excellent client service and delivery skills
