My client is currently looking for Senior HR Business Partner to be based in Germany, a crucial position focused on supporting and collaborating with the Regional Management Team to enhance and execute our HR strategies. We are searching for an experienced leader with a strong personality, ready to support the growth in the region and make a significant impact.

You'll be responsible for overseeing a broad range of HR programs, ensuring their effective development and implementation. In this senior-level position, reporting directly to Regional General Manager of the DACH regions, you will be a key driver in cultivating an inclusive culture and supporting driving the business further.

  • Senior Management Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to work with and challenge Executives and key HR stakeholders.
  • Change Management : Skilled in leading change initiatives and adept at managing across different cultures and business units.
  • Communication : Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Analytical Skills : Sharp analytical skills to align HR strategies with overarching business objectives.
  • HR Program Management : Proven track record in designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive HR programs, demonstrating a blend of strategic insight and practical execution.

  • Financial Acumen : Solid understanding of financial management, including direct experience with P&L responsibilities, to ensure HR initiatives are cost effective and contribute positively to the bottom line.
