A leading global tech business is seeking a People Partner for their expanding operations in Germany. This pivotal HR role focuses on aligning strategy with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, deep knowledge of German employment law, and the ability to build trust-based relationships across the organization.
We’re currently partnering with an innovative global payments and software organisation in their search for an experienced People Partner to support their rapidly growing German operation.
As part of the global People team, this role is pivotal in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring best-in-class HR operations across the region. Reporting into the Senior Director People Partners, the People Partner will act as a trusted advisor to local leadership, helping to deliver scalable and compliant HR solutions that support their ambitious growth.
