Lucanet is seeking a Senior HubSpot Operations Manager in Berlin to lead as the platform architect and strategic advisor. You will align Marketing, RevOps, and IT, design attribution and funnel measurement, and ensure scalable HubSpot-Salesforce integrations.

The role centers on data-driven governance and high-performing systems across the MarTech stack. You will guide lifecycle frameworks, automate marketing ops, and support CMS architecture and SEO improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations, or related IT function.
• HubSpot expertise with certification preferred, incl. complex HubSpot to Salesforce sync.
• Experience designing scalable data models, lifecycle frameworks, and B2B funnel attribution.
• Strong data quality, segmentation, and reporting across marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with API integrations, middleware, and marketing automation workflows.
• Experience with GDPR and consent frameworks.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing environments.

The Role

As a Senior Hubspot Operations Manager (all genders), you will act as Lucanet's HubSpot platform architect and strategic advisor, accelerating the impact of our existing HubSpot team. You will ensure HubSpot integrates seamlessly with Salesforce and the wider MarTech ecosystem, while keeping Marketing, RevOps, and IT aligned on scalable, high performing systems. You will partner closely with Marketing leadership to design attribution, nurture, and funnel measurement frameworks that hold up against RevOps definitions and executive reporting. This role sits at the center of how Marketing, Sales, and IT collaborate on data and technology. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

You have:

• 8+ years in Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations, or a related IT function.
• Expert HubSpot experience, certification preferred, including complex HubSpot to Salesforce sync environments.
• Experience designing scalable data models, lifecycle frameworks, and B2B funnel attribution.
• Strong skills in data quality, segmentation, and reporting across marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with API integrations, middleware tools, and marketing automation workflow design.
• Experience supporting global data compliance requirements, including GDPR and consent frameworks.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing environments.

It's a plus if you also have:

• Salesforce admin or configuration experience.
• Exposure to other MarTech tools such as Eloqua, Marketo, LinkedIn Navigator, Chili Piper, Clay, or Dreamdata.
• Experience applying LLM or AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows and content creation.
• Experience adapting SEO strategy for AI powered search, including structured content and entity optimization.
