Your team You will be part of Directorate General Human Resources (DG/HR), consisting of over 100 professionals serving more than 5,000 employees. We are transforming how we operate -simplifying processes, leveraging technology, and embedding future-focused, people-centred, and data-driven practices. The Employee Services Division is currently responsible for policies, processes, and operations related to topics such as working conditions, contracts, payroll, health and well-being, pensions, insurance, and the social integration of staff and their families. In addition, it supports the Directorate General’s IT systems and provides people data and analytics.
In your role as Senior HR Solutions Expert, you will be part of a team responsible for total rewards policy design and review, including data analysis and benchmarking, case management and advising operational teams. You will work closely with colleagues within the ECB Business Areas and you are expected to collaborate and exchange with experts in the ESCB and IFI networks.
