We’re searching for a Germany-based HR Software Consultant to join our Professional Services team, so that we can deliver innovative workforce management solutions to healthcare providers. The HR Software Consultant will support the implementation and optimization of our Allocate Optima SaaS application to improve staffing efficiency and operational outcomes for our customers.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

· Configuring and programming the Allocate Optima SaaS application to meet client needs

· Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in order to inform software implementation

· Leading customer communications and reporting project status to key stakeholders

· Independently planning and managing sub-projects to ensure on-time delivery

· Contributing to the continuous development and improvement of our software products

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

· A university degree in IT, computer science, business informatics, economics or relevant professional experience

· Experience implementing HR software or payroll systems, preferably in the healthcare industry

· Experience leading user workshops or training sessions in small groups or one-on-one

· Problem-solving mentality and strong analytical skills

· Ability to commute to client sites across Germany1-2 times per month

· A sincere interest in improving the quality and safety of healthcare

· A knack for working independently and collaboratively in a client-focused, fast-paced environment

· Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills

· German language skills at level C1 or higher and good written and spoken English
