LoveMyJob is creating the future. We are seeking a Senior HR Operations Manager (m / f / d) to work remotely with flexible options. This role reports directly to the COO and is vital in driving global strategic and operational HR initiatives, ensuring flawless execution across multiple countries including DE, CH, AT, ES, GB, FR, BE, BG, US, CA, IN, and CN. The position can be filled from anywhere in Germany.
How You’ll Provide Positive Impact
- Team Lead – Drive professional development and motivation of our global HR Administration Team (5 employees in Germany, UK, US, and India)
- Go-to Expert – Support leadership on all aspects of international HR operations, including employment law, payroll, benefits, layoffs, contracts, and HR documentation
- HR Administration – Oversee and streamline HR administration, manage HR data, employee records, payroll, terminations, and HRIS optimization
- HR Operations Projects – Lead change initiatives to ensure compliance with local HR regulations and company requirements, such as implementing a global HRIS
- HR Process Alignment – Ensure seamless interfaces and optimized processes with other HR functions like People & Development or HR Controlling
Skills and Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field, ideally with HR specialization, and at least five years of experience in HR Operations within a global organization
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, payroll, tax regulations, employment laws in Germany; familiarity with international HR regulations is a plus
- Experience with HRIS solutions like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong relationship management skills with business leaders, management, HR functions, and external stakeholders
- IT affinity and understanding of digital processes
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, with discretion and reliability
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
