As our activities expand, our teams grow, and the People & Culture team, particularly the HR experts, are looking forward to welcoming you as a (Senior) HR Manager – Recruitment / Talent Acquisition at ISCC headquarters in Cologne.
The (Senior) HR Manager – Recruitment / Talent Acquisition will oversee and manage the end-to-end hiring process, drive growth by standardizing and optimizing internal processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Main duties include:
- Act as a sparring partner in recruiting and talent search, supporting departments from candidate sourcing to hiring
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies in collaboration with the Head of People & Culture
- Create and analyze recruitment KPIs and implement measures for improvement
- Manage multi-channel recruiting, including job ads, active sourcing, and agency cooperation
- Support employer branding activities such as job fairs and recruitment agencies
- Manage internal and external selection processes online and in person
- Serve as the first contact for applicants and interested parties
- Address talents individually and target-group specifically in active sourcing
- Develop and maintain the internal Talent Pool and database
- Collaborate on overarching HR projects
- Represent and promote our corporate culture and values authentically

Your profile
- University degree or vocational training in HR or similar
- Minimum 5 years professional experience
- At least 3 years in recruiting/direct search or related fields
- Excellent English and German skills (C1 or higher)
- Initiative, decision-making skills, independent and pragmatic attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook
- Experience with HRIS systems like Personio is a plus
- Experience in personnel services or service-oriented industries is preferred
