Our company is part of the internationally active Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad group ("KLK"). The group is a globally active company with its headquarters in Malaysia. There are a total of 7 locations in Europe in Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy and Germany. KLK EMMERICH GmbH is part of the KLK OLEO division, which has developed into one of the leading players in the oleochemical industry on the basis of consistent expansion into new resource-based production areas. Mission and responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's culture, vision, mission and strategic objectives.
Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent across Europe.
Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
Lead efforts to promote DEI within the organisation, ensuring an inclusive and respectful workplace for all employees.
Oversee the design and administration of competitive and equitable compensation, benefits, and reward programmes to attract and retain high-performing employees.
Lead organisational development efforts, including change management, workforce planning, and the continuous improvement of HR processes in Europe.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
