StudySmarter, a fast-growing EdTech company, is seeking an HR Manager to enhance their people experience as they scale. This role involves leading hiring and onboarding processes, improving HR foundations, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years in HR, fluency in German and English, and a deep understanding of German labor laws.
We’re growing. And as we scale, we need someone to help us keep our people experience just as strong as our product. You’ll be the go-to person for all things people experience – from hiring and onboarding to performance, compliance, culture, and development. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and have a direct hand in shaping how we hire, grow, and support our team.
This isn’t a back-office HR job. It’s a high-impact, high-trust role where you’ll help build the future of our company – not just maintain it.
