You will be located at the Headquarters in Heidelberg (Germany) and report to the Area HR Director Europe & Africa Mediterranean & Western Asia.

- Build Powerful Partnerships : Collaborate across the HR function in Europe and beyond, working closely with country management teams to deliver value-added HR products that empower our employees.
- Effective HR Solutions : Support country HR in implementing HR solutions that align with business needs, group standards, and local regulations.
- Data-Driven Insights : Provide high-quality data and analyses to guide decision-making. Your insights will be pivotal.
- Innovate with Excellence : Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Talent) to evolve our HR products and services. Your ideas will shape our future.
- Global Impact : Contribute to global HR projects, such as Workday implementation.
- Talent Development : Play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and preparing talent for mission-critical positions. Participate in evaluating and monitoring talent programs to ensure their success.
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in business administration, psychology, or a related field
- Relevant experience in HR
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and results-driven working style
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of a multicultural environment
