As a Senior HRBP, you will manage HR operations and lead key areas such as Works Council relations, performance management, and process optimization. You’ll also be a key contributor to transformation projects that support growth and change across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deputy Role: Act as the deputy for the HR Director DACH, stepping in as needed to support leadership, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing expert guidance on HR policies, practices, and employment issues.
  • Works Council Relations: Manage and strengthen relationships with the Works Council, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and promoting constructive collaboration.
  • Position & Workforce Planning: Support strategic planning regarding organizational structure, job design, and workforce forecasting.
  • HR Administration: Oversee the timely and efficient execution of HR administrative processes.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies that align with corporate strategy and local requirements.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and support transformational HR initiatives and process optimization projects, particularly within international and matrix structures.
  • Global Collaboration: Work effectively with global HR colleagues across functions and geographies.

Why This Role Is Right For You

  • Impact & Ownership: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your work directly impacts business success and employee experience.
  • Collaboration & Precision: Enjoy working cross-functionally and with culturally diverse teams while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Career Growth: Gain exposure to high-impact, international HR projects and grow within a supportive and innovative organization.

Your Profile

  • Education: University degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in a Senior HRBP role.
    • International HR experience in matrix organizations, preferably within a US corporate.
    • Background in transformational projects involving change management and organizational development.
    • Industry experience in data centers, tech, telecommunications, or IT is an advantage.
  • Labor Law Expertise: Strong knowledge of German labor law and experience managing Works Council relations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and familiarity with time and attendance systems and shift models.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in both German and English, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Independent & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable working autonomously with a focus on precision and accountability.
What We Offer

  • Open door culture with short communications paths and flat hierarchies
  • Personalized onboarding plan (buddy system), education programs
