We’re looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of a variety of HR core-tasks, supporting both management and employees with expert advice on all HR-related matters. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for managing budgets and Performance and Talent Management processes for your departmentsand leading the Works Council relationsas subject matter expert in our German team. This role offers the opportunity to influence business strategy and contribute to a rapidly growing sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Employee Relations : Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
- Works Council Relations : Drawing up various works agreements with the works council, providing ongoing information about changes in the organization or about the introduction of new tools.
- Position & Workforce Planning : Support the management of company structure, job design, and workforce forecasting incl. budgeting.
- HR Administration : Ensure timely and efficient execution of HR administrative tasks.
- Policy Development : Contribute to the local creation and implementation of HR policies that align with corporate direction and industry best practices.
- Project Leadership : Drive and participate in various HR projects, working closely with the HR team and management to continuously enhance internal processes.

Your Profile :
- Education : Degree in Law
- Experience : Extensive experience in an HRBP role, ideally in the data center, tech, telecommunications, or IT industry.
- Labor Law Expertise : In-depth knowledge of labor law and experience managing works council relations.
- Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with time and attendance systems, shift patterns, MS Office applications, and HRIS systems.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Independent & Detail-Oriented : Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and maintain a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- Languages : Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
