Job Responsibilities
- Advise and consult senior leaders and managers on P&C-related topics at eye level, acting as a trusted sparring partner.
- Implement and drive HR core processes and programs, manage employee relations, consult on legal matters, and represent the employer in discussions with the Works Council.
- Develop and implement people-centric plans and strategies to meet business needs, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
- Promote Matrix42’s company culture and values internally and externally, support change management, and enhance employee engagement.
- Manage HR projects and lead change initiatives.
MUST HAVES
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of HR practices, trends, and tools related to talent and performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong consulting and coaching skills.
- Ability to analyze data for decision-making.
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to influence and coach at all levels.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to new challenges and a positive attitude.
- Advanced knowledge of German labor law and experience working with the Works Council.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience managing projects.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
