Matrix42 is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to advise and consult with senior leaders on HR-related topics. The role involves driving core HR processes, managing employee relations, and enhancing organizational development, all while promoting a people-centric company culture. Ideal candidates will possess significant HR experience, strong consulting skills, and fluency in both German and English.

Qualifikationen

Job Responsibilities
  • Advise and consult senior leaders and managers on P&C-related topics at eye level, acting as a trusted sparring partner.
  • Implement and drive HR core processes and programs, manage employee relations, consult on legal matters, and represent the employer in discussions with the Works Council.
  • Develop and implement people-centric plans and strategies to meet business needs, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Promote Matrix42’s company culture and values internally and externally, support change management, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Manage HR projects and lead change initiatives.
MUST HAVES
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, trends, and tools related to talent and performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong consulting and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze data for decision-making.
  • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to influence and coach at all levels.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to new challenges and a positive attitude.
  • Advanced knowledge of German labor law and experience working with the Works Council.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience managing projects.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
NICE TO HAVES
  • Knowledge of international labor law is a plus.
