Proclinical is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join a dynamic team in Leverkusen. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating organizational goals into actionable HR strategies. This position focuses on driving talent management, organizational development, and change leadership while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. A strong on-site presence is required to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and lead initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Drive workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Lead and support change management projects across the organization.
  • Guide managers in talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts.
  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility programs.
  • Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and monitor FTE budgets in partnership with Controlling.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage industrial relations.
  • Act as a single point of contact for HR-related policies and processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional HR teams to deliver seamless HR services.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Leader in an international matrix organization.
  • Expertise in organizational development, change management, and talent management.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to driving HR strategies.
  • Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
  • Experience in a factory or GMP environment is a plus.
  • Regular on-site presence in Leverkusen is required.
