We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (m / w / d) to lead the HR function for the Flow Control Valves Business Unit in Korschenbroich, Germany. (#LI-Onsite)

Working as a key member of the site's HR leadership team, you will act as employee relations partner, build and implement HR (Human Resources) initiatives to support our organization and business strategy, including but not limited to organization culture, talent management, legal compliance, labor relations, employee experience, and engagement. You will report to Director HR.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Defining and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals and Emerson People strategy
  • Providing HR expertise and support to Leadership
  • Supervising payroll & HR administration activities for the site and ensuring full compliance with local legislation and Emerson standards
  • Managing the salary planning process per Emerson guidelines and requirements
  • Cooperating with the unions and employee representative bodies
  • Coordinating Talent Acquisition activities including onboarding of new employees
  • Collaborating with management on performance management, talent development, and organization planning
  • Implementing initiatives to continuously improve employee experience and employee engagement

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Master's degree in HR, Business, Law, or equivalent HR leadership experience
  • Experience in an HR role within a complex manufacturing environment
  • Comfortable in dealing with unions, employees, and management at all levels
  • Knowledge of German labor laws
  • Fluency in German and English

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Advanced education in HR or an MBA
  • Background in an international matrix organization
