Your contribution:
- You provide comprehensive advice to the business and our leaders on all HR-related, compensation, and labor law matters – including interface management where needed.
- You ensure that HR processes such as ARR, budget planning, and performance management run smoothly and support the business in their implementation.
- You act as an internal consultant and change manager for the German market, with a focus on leadership topics, and support the organization in building an effective and efficient structure.
- You support negotiations with the works council, handle all employee-related matters, and foster a trust-based collaboration.
- You actively drive local projects – for example, in the area of change management or make-or-buy decisions.
- You provide the business with meaningful reports and data, enabling managers to make data-driven decisions.
What makes you stand out:
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in various HR functions.
- You possess broad HR knowledge across the entire employee lifecycle.
- You have extensive experience in organizational transformation and act confidently as a change consultant.
- You bring in-depth experience in working with works councils and handling collective bargaining agreements.
- You are decisive, take a high level of personal responsibility, and have a strong service orientation.
- You are fluent in German and have excellent English skills.
