Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines across DEV, TEST, STAGE, and PROD in FedRAMP environments.

You will manage OCI resources, enforce NIST/FIPS standards, and drive IaC with Terraform, plus disaster recovery and incident response. Strong collaboration and leadership will guide cross-team efforts and compliance initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or enterprise systems admin.
• 8+ years with OCI, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or FedRAMP-enabled platforms.
• Strong CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience automating build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Hands-on with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash.
• Understanding of FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP baselines.
• Experience with multi-environment release management and change control.

Aufgaben

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configuration promotion across DEV, TEST, STAGE, and PROD
Administer OCI resources in FedRAMP Moderate+ environments, including compute, networking, storage, and IAM
Establish configuration baselines aligned with NIST SP 800-128
Orchestrate quarterly Oracle SaaS updates, regression testing, impact analysis, and rollback procedures
Implement disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities, including failover, backup/restore, and DR testing
Monitor performance, capacity, and availability and configure automated remediation workflows
Apply Terraform infrastructure-as-code practices for provisioning and environment replication
Enforce FIPS 140-3 encryption requirements and coordinate key management and certificate lifecycle
Manage environment refresh cycles, data masking, and sandbox provisioning
Develop operational runbooks, architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and ATO documentation
Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, infrastructure automation, and technical debt remediation
Define platform standards, best practices, and design direction across workstreams and Agile Release Trains
Lead and mentor engineering and functional team members and represent technical strategy to program leadership

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for degree
• 10+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering, DevOps engineering, or enterprise systems administration
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with OCI, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or comparable FedRAMP-authorized cloud platforms
• Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps
• Experience automating build, test, and deployment workflows
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash
• Understanding of FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP control baselines
• Experience with configuration baselining, change control, and release management across multi-environment enterprise deployments
