As a Senior Hardware Project Manager, you will support the development of high-performing, scalable systems crucial for successful product delivery. You will ensure efficient project execution meeting technical and business goals. Your tasks may include:

• Managing the development of quantum high-tech hardware systems
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring project timelines and milestones
• Managing budgets and resources across project phases
• Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and external partners
• Leading technical development initiatives
• Managing customer and research projects in a fast-paced environment
• Leading international, interdisciplinary teams in alignment with executive leadership

Required Skills:

• Several years of experience in technical project management, preferably in mechanical engineering, hardware development, or deep-tech environments
• Technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent)
• Proven ability to lead complex projects in a structured and pragmatic manner
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
• Fluent in German and English

Valuable Attributes:

• Experience establishing project management structures or scaling organizations
• Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or hybrid approaches
