You will manage hardware development projects and ensure high-quality standards while collaborating with remote teams. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or MSc in electronics required.
• Proficiency in analog and digital electronics, PCB design required.
• PhD in electronics preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Leading research and development of new technologies related to discrete and integrated electronic circuits
• Leading the design, debug, and analysis of discrete and integrated electronic circuits
• Leading the hardware development projects including multi-core and high-speed solutions
• Writing and reviewing technical and scientific documentation
• Writing new proposals for R&D grants and projects
• Controling and supervising the performance of innovations through trials
• Conducting and supervising applied research, studies and analysis
• Identifying and selecting technical solutions to a given problem
• Ensuring a technology watch on tools
• Optimizing technical solutions in terms of multiple criteria
• Preparing technical and scientific papers and patents
• Participation in project meetings
• Continuous developing of professional qualifications
• Presenting results on technical workshops and scientific conferences
• Co-operation with remote Advanced Engineering teams
• Accomplishing tasks in accordance to AS&UX and TCK quality standards and schedules
