Senior Hardware Development Engineer – Hybrid

Role Overview
- Develop, test, and optimize embedded hardware for industrial control systems.
- Design circuits and PCBs, ensuring compliance with EMC, Low Voltage Directive, and RED.
- Collaborate with software, pre-development, and manufacturing teams.
- Own PCB design and embedded hardware development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop circuit concepts based on project requirements.
- Design, analyze, and optimize electronic modules (Analog, Microcontroller / Digital, or Power Electronics).
- Ensure compliance with EMC, Low Voltage Directive, and industry regulations.
- Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of new hardware.
- Work closely with software engineers, pre-development, and manufacturing teams.
- Take ownership of PCB design and embedded hardware development.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills :
- Experience in at least two areas:
- Knowledge of EMC, Low Voltage Directive, RED, or similar regulations.
- Strong debugging and hardware verification skills.
Nice-to-Haves :
- Experience with wireless/wired communication standards.
- Familiarity with high-frequency technology.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ERP systems.
Tools & Equipment :
- PCB design software (Eagle, Fusion 360, or similar).
- Oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, and multimeter.

- Salary: Competitive €70,000 - €100,000 (Up to €110,000 for top candidates).
