Sunday Natural in Berlin seeks a Senior Growth & Project Manager to drive international expansion, AI-driven automation, and cross‑functional program leadership. You will own end‑to‑end projects from localization to market rollout, align commercial functions, and build scalable workflows with AI to boost speed, accuracy, and impact.
This role requires strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and strong communication with country leads and executives.
We are looking for a Berlin-based Senior Growth & Project Manager (all genders) to help build the next stage of Sunday’s international and commercial growth. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone who combines strong problem-solving skills, a consulting-style analytical mindset, and a genuine ability to use AI to make organizations faster, smarter, and more scalable. This role is ideal for a modern strategy consultant, company builder, or commercial operator who has already worked intensely with AI tools and wants to apply this mindset in a high-growth consumer business. You will work closely with the CDO and CGO across a broad range of commercial and international projects. A major focus will be our international product localization and market expansion process, but the role goes beyond classic project management. We are looking for someone who does not simply coordinate tasks manually, but who thinks in systems, builds AI-supported workflows, connects tools, manages agents, and creates scalable structures.
You will identify opportunities to enhance our efficiency by building and implementing AI-driven automations. The goal is to move away from manual workflows as much as possible.
You will act as the central project lead across key commercial areas, including customer service, shop management, and international expansion. Your focus will be to independently run projects that bring these functions to the next level.
You will take full ownership of the expansion of our product portfolio into new international markets. This involves managing the entire process, from initial research and product selection, formulation review, regulatory, translations, label creation, demand planning, production, shop management, to successful operational go-live.
Beyond the initial entry, you will support the ongoing coordination of country roll-outs, ensuring that local requirements are met while maintaining global brand and operational standards.
You will assist the CDO and CGO in the practical organization of the team. This includes refining internal structures, improving workflows and ensuring the department is organized to meet its growth targets.
You have a proven track record of using AI to automate processes and solve problems. There will not be a single task that will not involve AI.
You take a structured approach to complex tasks. You are comfortable managing the "A to Z" of a project without losing sight of the finer details.
You naturally dig deeper and understand the underlying issues. This allows you to remove road blocks by actual problem solving and not just delegating tasks.
You have worked in (Strategy) Consulting for 2-3 years or in a similar set-up. You understand complex problems, identify what matters, and can connect the right data points.
You are a subtle and effective communicator, capable of coordinating between different country leads and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment.
You balance strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving. You are focused on building sustainable systems rather than quick fixes.
You are business fluent in English (C2).
