Team mission

We're evolving our marketing organization by complementing our vertical channel-focused specialists with horizontal cross-channel generalists. We're seeking a strong generalist with a data-driven experimentation mindset who can work across multiple marketing channels and initiatives.

This role sits within the Growth Marketing organization and reports to a Head of Growth. You will collaborate with all channel-focused teams, the market expansion team, and other departments including Product and Supply.

Your responsibilities will focus on two main areas:

New channel expansion:

• Launch and test new strategic growth channels such as but not limited to: Pinterest, Reddit, travel agent affiliations, and referral)

• Collaborate with channel teams to establish best practices and optimal setup approaches

• Develop a comprehensive blueprint for launching new channels end-to-end, from initial setup to incrementality measurement.

Cross-channel experimentation:

• Lead growth initiatives that impact multiple marketing channels, such as testing landing pages for mid-funnel channels, implementing copy improvements across SEO, Display, and Paid Search, and others.

• Support cross-organizational experimentation initiatives, including: Strategies to increase sales in specific destinations, Connecting video content sourcing between Display and SEO, Optimizing advertising approach across overlapping Google campaigns (DemandGen, Pmax, etc.), and others

Who you are

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or similar roles
• Proven track record of growing marketing channels from concept to successful implementation
• Direct experience launching or managing 2+ performance marketing channels
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable growth
• Bonuses would be: Background or education in analytics, experience in the travel industry, familiarity with multiple digital marketing channels, experience with Smartly, Looker, Databricks or similar tools.
