All about the role

As Senior Group Product Manager - Workforce Management, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our end-to-end workforce management products, covering forecasting, scheduling, time & attendance and demand management across both our employed and freelance courier models. You will lead multiple product teams within this domain-designing systems that power shift planning, optimise staffing, ensure compliance, and elevate the operational experience for both internal teams and couriers across markets.

You'll work closely with engineering, data science, design, legal, and country teams to build scalable, intelligent, and localised solutions that automate workflows, improve accuracy, and ensure optimal labour utilisation. Your work will directly impact courier satisfaction, operational efficiency, and our ability to scale responsibly.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
  • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple product lines in the Workforce Management space
  • Own key domains including demand forecasting, shift scheduling, attendance tracking, time-off and demand management and compliance tooling
  • Champion product discovery in collaboration with Design, UXR, Data Science, and Engineering to deeply understand courier and stakeholder needs
  • Partner with local operations, legal, and HR teams across Europe & North America to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and business goals
  • Lead Goal and KPI definition for your teams, with a strong focus on efficiency, automation, and courier experience
  • Foster a strong product culture across the group: sharing best practices, mentoring PMs, and driving continuous improvement
  • Manage cross-functional alignment and strategic prioritisation across multiple teams, stakeholders, and geographies


What will you bring to the table?
  • Product management experience, with a strong track record of success in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Experience leading high-performing product teams, driving outcomes through clear vision, coaching, and operational excellence
  • Proven skills in Workforce Management, Operations Tech, Logistics, or similar domains
  • Strong understanding of systems and tools related to forecasting, shift planning, scheduling, and time tracking-preferably across both employed and/or freelancer workforce models
  • Expertise in working with data-heavy products, machine learning models (e.g., for demand forecasting), and real-time operational tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple levels and departments
  • Passion for automation, simplification, and creating delightful user experiences
