As Senior Group Manager Digital Transformation & AI, you'll shape how we integrate technology into traditional manufacturing excellence. Reporting to our Group COO, you'll contribute to the development and execution of our digital strategy while building the organizational capabilities essential for long-term success.

Your Impact

  • Develop and implement H&T Group's digital transformation strategy and roadmap across all divisions and business units, ensuring alignment with business objectives and manufacturing excellence
  • Drive AI and digitization integration into production processes to create competitive advantages within our global operations and enhance precision engineering capabilities
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams to execute digital initiatives at our global facilities, working closely with operations, IT, and divisional & local management teams
  • Partner with department heads to align digital strategies with existing IT/ERP roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration throughout manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations
  • Guide cultural transformation within traditional manufacturing teams, ensuring successful adoption of new digital tools and processes through effective change management strategies
  • Manage digital transformation budget and resources, define measurable KPIs for operational efficiency gains, and track ROI for all digital initiatives
  • Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI implementation and data management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with technology partners, vendors, and consultants to implement proven manufacturing technologies and best practices

What You Bring

  • Several years (10+) of experience in digital transformation or technology implementation
  • Strong understanding of AI applications and data management principles
  • Proven track record in leading successful digital transformation initiatives
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German would be beneficial)
  • Strategic thinking and change management expertise
