Bring the Payrails brand to life across every touchpoint from pitch decks and one-pagers to social graphics, content, event visuals, and paid campaigns
Design high-quality marketing and sales materials that are clear, consistent, and tailored to enterprise audiences
Partner with Marketing, GTM, and Product teams to turn complex ideas into simple, visually engaging assets that support storytelling and drive awareness
Maintain and evolve our visual identity ensuring consistency across channels while continuing to raise the bar for craft
Build design systems and templates that help us move faster without sacrificing quality
Bring new creative ideas to the table proactively identifying ways design can elevate our brand and message
You bring 5+ years of experience as a graphic or marketing designer, ideally in a B2B or fast-growing tech company
You have strong visual instincts and an eye for detail from layout and typography to hierarchy and brand consistency
You’re fluent in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and comfortable adapting across formats and channels
You know how to balance creativity with clarity and always design with the end audience and goal in mind
You thrive in fast-moving environments, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver high-quality results
You’re collaborative, thoughtful, and excited to help shape how the world sees and understands Payrails
