Responsibilities

The "Player" Side (Your Direct Client Work):

• Partner with amazing clients to develop winning grant strategies and write compelling proposals
• Dive deep into fascinating programs and initiatives, collaborating with passionate teams to tell their stories
• Research funding opportunities and craft narratives that funders can't resist
• See your proposals come to life as they secure meaningful funding for important causes

The "Coach" Side (Leading a Team):

• Share your expertise by mentoring talented grant writers and strategists who are eager to learn and grow
• Review and polish proposals, helping team members elevate their craft
• Create resources, templates, and best practices that make everyone's work stronger
• Be the go-to strategist for our most complex and exciting proposals
