If you are looking for a challenging Global role, with the potential to shape the future of our brand portfolio, we would like to invite you to join Global Consumer Strategy & Insights (GCSI), within the Jägermeister Global Brand Marketing team, limited for 18 months, as

Senior Global Research Planning Manager (f/m/d)

Your role will be to support the Innovation & Portfolio team with planning (i.e. research, insight, analysis, etc.) to develop new & relevant innovation products, packaging solutions & platforms, to recruit the next generation of consumers in key markets.

The following main tasks are waiting for you:

  • Lead Product / Concept Development testing & research, e.g. New Product, i.e. Orange or new Packaging solutions
  • Support Creative development of Brand Portfolio products like Jägermeister Manifest or Jägermeister Orange (incl. brief development, creative testing, recommendations for optimization)
  • Establish clear Innovation research guidelines, incl. Action Standards / KPIs, process & vendors for new product development
  • Develop, together with Brand & Analytics Manager, pre / post launch tracking learnings and standardized KPIs at a global level
  • Leverage Consumer & Category trends (e.g. BlackSwan, IWSR, Social Listening, etc) to support GID team to develop long term pipeline opportunities for Key Market hubs
  • As Innovation & concept development testing expert, continually provide best practice guidance re Qual / Quant methodologies within time and budget needs

You will be a perfect match for this role if you have the following qualifications:

  • Completed relevant Studies in Marketing, Brand Management, Analytics and/or related disciplines.
  • Plenty years of experience in Marketing Research in client-side team, preferably in Food & Beverages, Lifestyle, and/or similar FMCG categories
  • Proficient at interpreting and integrating Research learnings and results from diverse inputs, into story-driven analyses that clearly guides Brand / Project implications
  • Track record of driving clear actions from insight and learning
  • Demonstrate an active curiosity about consumers, brands and business in general
  • Comfortable presenting in small and large groups, and confidence to share experience / opinion to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Openness to continually learn and advance capability of self and others (teachable & teacher)
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills in English, with German a plus
