Role Overview:

You will support our team as:

• Strategic Focus: Drive the technical development and strategic direction of metal pre-treatment applications globally, ensuring excellence in implementation and innovation.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor for international key customers, providing in-depth technical consulting and managing complex industrial challenges in collaboration with local teams.
• Strategy: Lead impactful global customer and product initiatives, from acquisition to long-term development, focusing on measurable results.
• Portfolio: Manage the lifecycle of a global product portfolio, including new product launches, harmonization, strategic positioning, audits, and phase-outs.
• Enablement: Design and deliver internal training focused on technical excellence, product differentiation, and competitive advantages for global teams.
• Experience & Competence: Possess extensive hands-on technical expertise in chemical specialties, especially in metal pre-treatment and industrial applications. Demonstrate success in managing complex projects, developing new business, and engaging with key accounts technically.
• Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or Mandarin is a plus.
• Autonomy & Mobility: Operate independently with a results-driven approach. Willing to travel internationally (~50%) to engage with customers and subsidiaries worldwide.
